Club Champion's Tip: At most holes, all the trouble is on the left hand sides of greens and fairways. Aim as far right as possible, if you have a hook! Most of all enjoy the beautiful scenery which most members take for granted.

The Course
A course not to be missed and one of the most picturesque in Scotland. Designed in 1899 by Willie Park Junior, using a strip of land next to the River Tweed. The ruins of Dryburgh Abbey can just be seen over the trees and further a field to Wallace Monument. Each hole is simple in character, most often flat with the occasional ancient tree overlooking the green but greatly enhanced by beautiful surrounding scenery.

Clubhouse
The newly extended clubhouse provides great loung and changing room facilities overlooking the River tweed towards the Eildon Hills. ladies and gents changing facilities/showers. The bar and kitchen are open during the day by special request.

How to get to the Course
From N or S, turn off A68 into St. Boswells village at the Buccleuch Arms Hotel. At the far end of the main street (B6404), just before a sharp right hand bend, there is a narrow signposted entrance to the golf club on the left. From Kelso on B6404 the golf course turning is immediately on the right as you enter the village.
